Football's over (sooner for us Browns fans than for most teams) and buyers are anxious to get on with their lives and move. If you're a seller this is important to note because the Law of Supply and Demand works in your favor early . . . more buyers and less competing homes on the market.
Most unknowing sellers wait till late Spring or Summer to list their homes but that really when the Law of Supply and Demand flips on them . . more sellers and less buyers.
